Mgr. Jan Hrazdira
Jan Hrazdira is a partner of HKDW and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Jan Hrazdira specialises in commercial law, in particular in the area of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He further handles media law matters, especially in the area of radio and television broadcasting, advertising law and intellectual property matters, including copyright. Mr. Hrazdira also regularly represents clients in commercial and civil disputes as well as in bankruptcy proceedings. He also acts as a defence counsel in criminal prosecutions. He has also extensive experience and expertise in representing clients in commercial arbitrations.
Jan Hrazdira is our expert in the litigation area, i.e. in litigation and arbitration. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings. Jan Hrazdira further acts in M&A, property law, competition law and intellectual property and in criminal law matters.
Jan Hrazdira regularly acts as an arbitrator in arbitrations and, as such, is also an arbitrator listed with the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic. He is also involved in alternative dispute resolutions (ADR) matters.
Jan Hrazdira is a member of the European Criminal Bar Association. He acts as a consultant of legal programmes of the Open Society Fund Prague.
Jan Hrazdira also dedicates part of his time to educational activities at the University of Economics in Prague.

Mgr. Jaromír Kalužík, LL.M.
Jaromír Kalužík is a partner of HKDW and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Jaromír Kalužík focuses on commercial law, particularly on acquisitions and restructurings, corporate law, unfair competition and trademarks.
He also regularly handles property law matters, including advising clients in project development and acquisition/sale of real property (namely hotels).
Jaromír Kalužík is also experienced mediator and negotiator, in particular in the ADR area.

Jaromír Kalužík is an associate professor of the DeutscheAnwaltAkademie and legal consultant of the Industrie-und Handelskammer Südwestsachsen.

Mgr. Libor Douděra
Libor Douděra is a partner of HKDW and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Libor Douděra is our expert in areas of mergers & acquisitions, finance law, property law, intellectual property and media.
Libor Douděra has extensive experience in representing Czech and foreign clients in complex commercial transactions and in representing foreign clients in connection with their investments in the Czech Republic.
He is also a valued expert in the areas of media law and intellectual property, including copyright.

Mgr. Pavel Wenzl
Pavel Wenzl is a partner of HKDW and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Pavel Wenzl is primarily involved in commercial law matters, especially drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in handling complex M&A projects, restructurings of receivables portfolio investments and in the areas of mezzanine financing and financial investments.
Pavel Wenzl has also extensive experience in the area of property law, including financing of such projects.
In his practice, Pavel Wenzl further focuses on insolvency law, including representing clients in insolvency proceedings, commercial and civil disputes, and handles criminal law matters.
Pavel Wenzl is our expert in the following areas: mergers & acquisitions, finance law, property law and competition law. Pavel Wenzl is also our expert in litigation and arbitration and in representing clients in administrative proceedings. Pavel Wenzl also handles criminal law matters.

Robert Holman is our senior lawyer and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Robert Holman focuses on civil and commercial law matters, particularly on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He has also extensive experience in representing clients in complex M&A projects.
He also handles labour law and property law matters.
Further, Robert Holman has extensive experience in representing clients in civil disputes, disputes arising from commercial contracts, and he also acts as defence counsel in criminal prosecutions.

JUDr. Kateřina Polerecká
Kateřina Polerecká is our senior lawyer and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
In her legal practice, Kateřina Polerecká primarily focuses on commercial law, particularly on corporate law.
Apart from commercial law, she also handles property law and labour law matters and has extensive knowledge and expertise in EU law.
Kateřina is also involved in representing clients in commercial and civil disputes as well as defending clients in criminal law matters.

Kateřina Polerecká has published a number of articles on various legal topics, including on issues of human rights, right of freedom of movement and insolvency proceedings.

Mgr. Jiřina Spirytová, LL.M.
Mgr. Jiřina Spirytová, LL.M. is our senior lawyer and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Jiřina Spirytová specialises in commercial law, especially in corporate lawo, where she acts particularly for clients from German speaking countries.
She is also involved in property law and labour law matters and has extensive experience in environmental law.

Mgr. Venuše Kubešová
Venuše Kubešová is our senior lawyer and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Venuše Kubešová in her legal practice focuses on commercial and civil law. She enjoys dealing with matters in the area of corporate law, merges and acquisitions as well as other company transformations and M&A. She applies her extensive experience in representing clients in commercial and civil-law disputes and in administrative proceedings. Venuše Kubešová also offers legal advice service in relation with issues of insolvency proceedings and the competition law and she is also experienced in representing clients in matters of labour law and family law.

Mgr. Jan Koleček
Jan Koleček – is our senior lawyer and a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Jan Koleček specialises in civil law (substantive as well as procedural), commercial and criminal law. On a lower scale he also deals with matters of labour, administrative and insolvency law.
Jan Koleček has extensive experience in representing clients within the framework of civil proceedings. This applies to the fact-finding proceedings as well as court execution of judgment and distress. Within the framework of commercial law he provides legal services during acquisitions, restructuring and contracts negotiations. He also deals with matters of company law, competition law, industrial property law and copyright. Jan Koleček has also successfully represented our clients in indemnification proceedings for damage caused during exercise of authority by judgment or incorrect official procedure. Jan Koleček also acts as a defence lawyer.
