Mgr. Jan Hrazdira

Jan Hrazdira is a member of HKDW. He is an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association.

Jan Hrazdira focuses mainly on the law of obligations with an emphasis on active involvement in the negotiation of commercial contracts. Furthermore, he focuses on media law, particularly in the field of radio and television broadcasting, advertising law and rights to intangible assets with an emphasis on copyright. To a smaller extent, he deals with labour law and administrative matters. He represents clients in commercial and civil litigation and in bankruptcy proceedings. He also defends clients in criminal matters. He focuses very intensively on the representation of client in arbitrations, particularly with an international element.

Jan Hrazdira is our specialist with a particular focus on litigation, i.e. on the representation in judicial and arbitration proceedings, but he also represents clients in administrative proceedings. His profile also includes M&A, real estate law, competition law and intellectual property law. He also focuses on criminal law issues.

Jan Hrazdira is an arbitrator registered in the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic. He focuses on all aspects on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Jan Hrazdira is a member of the organisation of attorneys-at-law European Criminal Bar Association. He is also a consultant of the legal programs of the Open Society Fund Prague.

Jan Hrazdira graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. He provides legal services in the Czech and the English language.

Mgr. Jaromír Kalužík, LL.M.

Jaromír Kalužík is a member of HKDW. He is an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association.

Jaromír Kalužík focuses on business corporations law, particularly on acquisitions and restructurings, unfair competition and trade marks.

He also focuses intensively on real estate law, particularly on consultations in the field of development and sale/purchase of real estate projects (particularly hotels), as well as on the law of obligations with an emphasis on comprehensive business transactions.

Jaromír Kalužík is also an experienced (and frequently appointed) mediator and negotiator, both in the field of out-of-court resolution of business disputes and negotiations of transaction terms.

Libor Douděra is a member of HKDW. He is an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association.

Libor Douděra is out specialist on M&A, financial law, real estate law and intellectual property and media law.

Libor Douděra has extensive experience in representing Czech and foreign clients in comprehensive business transactions and in the representation of foreign clients in connection with their investments in the Czech Republic.

He is also a highly regarded expert in the field of media law and copyright.

Pavel Wenzl is a member of HKDW. He is an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association.

Pavel Wenzl focuses mainly on business corporations law, particularly on the issues of commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in negotiation, preparation and implementation of important transactions in the field of M&A, restructuring of portfolio investments and mezzanine financial and financial investments. As regards financial law, Pavel Wenzl also focuses on debt financing. Pavel Wenzl has extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of real estate transactions, including methods of funding of such project. Kateřina Polerecká is an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association.

In her legal practice, Kateřina Polerecká focuses primarily on business corporations law. In addition, she specialises on real estate law, labour law and on European law.

She deals with those issues mainly with a focus on our foreign clients from German-speaking countries.

Venuše Kolečková is an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association.

Venuše Kolečková practises mostly in the field of business corporations law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and of other company transformation and on M&A. She uses he abundant experience in the representation of clients in commercial and civil litigation and in administrative proceedings. Jan Koleček has also successfully represented our clients in proceedings for damages caused during the exercise of public authority by a decision or incorrect official procedure. Furthermore, he focuses on issues relating to assertion of claims arising from personal injury.
