A contribution presented by our attorney Kateřina Polerecká at the 5th professional symposium of the Supreme Court of the CR, which held the topic of “Property rights and restitution in case-law of the Supreme Court", was published in a Special supplement to the Legal Views magazine, issue number 14/2011.

Kateřina Polerecká, our attorney and Iveta Pelánková, our junior associate, have participated in a professional seminar organised by the Czech Bar Association, which took place on 3rd - 4th May 2011. The topic of the seminar was “Determining the applicable law under Regulation Rome I and Rome II” [“Určování rozhodného práva podle nařízení Řím I a Řím II”].
